The seven award-winning chefs will be performing live demos across Sunday 30th April and Monday 1st May in the Festival Cookery Theatre.
More than 100 hundred artisan producers from the region will be positioned in the Food & Drink marquees in Northernhay Gardens selling a range of mouth-watering products from traditional cheeses, meats, preserves and ciders to modern twists on gins, charcuterie, ice-cream, oils, coffee and much more.
Each year, the Festival hosts a number of interactive workshops and food-themed activities for children and adults alike. A dedicated children’s programme includes Fun Kitchen cookery classes, farm animals, storytelling and craft activities. The Festival aims to help children understand more about their food, instill a love of cooking and an awareness of where it comes from.
A top line up of talented performers will appear for its After Dark Music Festivals. The hugely popular events run on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights of the food festival weekend, located in the Exeter Castle Courtyard.
